“We are in need of more members, but they must be at least 55 years old, the membership fee is $5,” said President Clyde Butler.

5 Things to know about Blackburn Dennis Community Center

The Blackburn Dennis Community Center is available to rent for meetings, parties and family gathering. The rental fee is $50 (does not include use of stoves or ovens)

 They sponsor the Missouri Pancake Breakfast and it is their biggest fundraiser of the year.

To be a member of the Senior Center you must be 55+ years young. The membership fee is $5. New members are encouraged to join.

The Board consists of Clyde Butler, president; Betty Clark, secretary, Eileen Straach, treasurer, Robert Charles, Nora Clifton and Neil Dunoskovic.

The board meets on the second Wednesday of each month after lunch.

A healthy, nutritional lunch is served Monday thru Friday at 11:30 a.m. for $3.
