Community Hospital Board seeks grant applications

The Community Hospital Board, Inc., Board of Directors invites applications for the 2012 grant year.

Grant criteria for the 2012 fiscal year includes: all grants must be directly related to the health care of our community. Community is defined as an area centered in Rocky Ford and including the communities of Fowler, Crowley County and Manzanola.

Priorities of the grant will be emergency medical services, primary health care, and health education. All grants will be awarded to non profit organization (Internal Revenue Cod 501 3 C or governmental entities.)

Completed grant applications must be submitted by Sept. 3, 2012. Grant applications may be obtained by calling 263-4222 or 469-0067.
