Students visited the Center for American Values on the Pueblo Riverwalk last week and saw the Center’s Portraits of Valor Gallery, nationally known for its portraits of America’s greatest military heroes: Congressional Medal of Honor recipients. They also participated in a guided Walk of Valor tour.

This was the third year of the "We Honor Veterans Contest." The purpose of the contest is to remind kids to honor our veterans and have them explore what the word "honor" means to them.
