The Fowler Police Department has teamed up with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to supply a secure medication drop box as part of the household medication take-back program.

The Fowler Police Department has teamed up with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to supply a secure medication drop box as part of the household medication take-back program. The box is located in the Fowler Town Hall / Fowler Police Department Office at 317 Main Street.

It is free of charge, and people are encouraged to utilize this as a safe means of disposing their household medications. The box can be used for all expired, unused or unwanted medications such as: over the counter or prescription medications, patches and ointments; including pet medications and vitamins. We ask that all liquids be tightly capped. Please do no use the box for sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs or commercial waste.
