Seven resolutions were approved by the Town of Fowler Board of Trustees Monday evening, the majority dealing with wages for town employees.

The board approved unanimously all resolutions dealing with the town's swimming pool, including authorizing swimming pool and seasonal public works employees' wages and providing swimming passes for the Summer Reading Program.

Additionally, the board approved unanimously the fees for public works services, wages for full-time police patrolman, Public Works foreman wages, and a contract amendment for long-term storage of water with Southeastern Water Conservancy District. Also, the board approved the sale of 100 acre-feet of water to the Fowler Golf course.

A resolution pertaining to a Blackburn Dennis Community Center was tabled for future discussion, the board citing the need to meet with those involved first.

The board heard minimal reports from town employees. Of note, swimming pool staff reported that swimming lessons will begin June 19.

Also approved during the meeting were consent agenda items including minutes from May 8 and a web design invoice totaling $480.

The board went into executive session following the regular meeting to discuss personnel matters. No vote took place following executive session.
