Ron Davis, of Scaff Brothers fame, has a lot of nice big tin cans. Sometimes he puts them out on the curb for people to pick up, but they get blown around. So he had the idea something artistic could be done with them, maybe a Christmas tree, since tumbleweeds are not available.
He gave them to CrossRoads to see what the girls could do with them. Sure enough, Barb Ingles created a tree, and you can see it just inside the front door at the store. “We still have lots of tin cans,” said Davis, “and you are welcome to them. But you have to come down and pick them up. We don’t deliver.”
