Otero Junior College will host the National Junior College Athletic Association Division 1 men's basketball tournament, which will begin Thursday at the McDivitt Center.

There will be four quarterfinal games on Thursday at 1, 3, 5, and 7 p.m. The semifinals will take place Friday at 5 and 7 p.m., and the championship game will be Saturday at 7 p.m.

This will be the second time that OJC has hosted the Region IX men's basketball tournament. The first time was in 2016. OJC also hosted the Region IX women's basketball tournament in 2006.

The winner of the tournament will automatically qualify for the NJCAA Tournament, which will take place March 19-24 in Hutchinson, Kansas.
