After winning two matches and losing one this past weekend, the Otero Junior College volleyball team fell from 19th to 20th on this week's National Junior College Athletic Association Division 1 poll.

The poll was posted on the NJCAA.org web site on Tuesday.

Northeastern Junior College, the only team to defeat the Lady Rattlers last week, went from 20th to 19th. OJC and NJC are the only two schools from NJCAA Region IX to be ranked.

Miami Dade (Fla.) continues to be ranked first. The rest of the Top 10 include Southern Idaho, Iowa Western, Salt Lake (Utah), Navarro (Texas), Trinity Valley (Texas), Snow (Utah), Mineral Area (Mo.), Polk State (Fla.) and Santa Fe (Fla.).

The rest of of the rankings include Seward County (Kan.), St. Petersburg (Fla.), Tyler (Texas), Hill (Texas), New Mexico Military, Panola (Texas), Daytona State (Fla.), Colby (Kan.), Northeastern and Otero.

Otero (19-2, 3-1 NJCAA Region IX South) will host Lamar today. Game time is at 7 p.m. at the McDivitt Center.
