According to Jackie Dorenkamp, in order to qualify to participate in the competitive events at state, members attended the District 7 Leadership Conference held at OJC in February. The top competitors at District advance to the State Leadership Conference. While in Vail, students will compete in their respective events, hear nationally renowned speakers, attend workshops, and meet other members of FBLA from around Colorado.
Members hope to qualify for FBLA National Leadership Conference which will be held in Nashville, Tenn. in July. The top two places in each event will participate at Nationals. Those members representing Fowler High School are: Cody Cesar, Brenna Chambers, Derrick Corsentino, Jordan Fedde, Zoe Fedde, Keeley Fillmore, Ashleigh Fox, Tryon Goff, Bethany Klinkerman, Ally LaSater, Ben Long, Tyler Lundy, Dominic Maestas, Alexa Major, Tyler Norris, Jayde Rein, Cade Salle, Tye Stephens, Marcus Trujillo and Jenna Waggoner.
