Fowler High School’s Bethany Moss was selected to the Denver Post’s All-Colorado volleyball team which was announced last week.
She is only one of two All-Colorado team members that is not from the Denver area.
Moss, a senior, was the Lady Grizzlies’ leader in kills with 434 and in digs with 373. She was also third on the team in service aces with 44.
She was also named first team Class 2A All-State by the Post.
Fowler had a record of 21 wins and two losses. It fell short of qualifying for the regional tournament.
Two other local volleyball players were second team All-State. Moss’ sister, Lindsey, was named second team as was Swink’s Madison Stewart.
Lindsey Moss, a sophomore, was second on the team in kills with 98, was second in aces with 71 and fourth in digs with 44.
