March 6, 1919 - March 23, 2010
Alice Sanders, 91, longtime Fowler resident, died at Fowler Healthcare Center Tuesday, March 23. Mrs. Sanders was born on March 6, 1919 in Meade, Kansas, the daughter of Orville and Matilda Johnson. She was married to Guy Sanders, he died March 7, 1996. Mrs. Sanders was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Fowler.
Survived by a son, Edward (Lila) Sanders of Pueblo and a daughter, Louise Sanders, a resident of Fowler Healthcare Center. Brothers Orville Johnson and George (Pat) Johnson, and sister Ola Ketchum all of Pueblo.
Services were held Monday, MArch 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Griffy Family Funeral Home in Fowler with pastor Ethel Buck, of CHristian Evangel Church in Pueblo officiating. Burial will be later at the Upper Huerfano Cemetery  in Gardner, Colorado beside her husband.
Griffy Family Funeral Home in Fowler was in charge of arrangements.
