Carolyn H. Pharr
1924-2010
Carolyn H. Pharr, 85, of Kersey, Colo., died Saturday, April 19, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born November 17, 1924 in Covington, Ga. to Milton and Rosalind Harrell. On March 5, 1946 she married James W. Pharr who proceeded her in death on April 21, 1991.
She is survived by her five children. Michael (Julie) Pharr of Fowler, John (Ina) Wayne of Idalia, Paula (Alvin) Smith of Fort Morgan, Rosalind Bernhardt and Carla Pharr of Kersey. Eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive.
Mrs. Pharr was in the nursing profession for many years and was a long term member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Graveside memorial and inturnment were held Friday, April 23, Evergreen Cemetery, Hugo, Colo.
