Wilmina Ann Adair, 78, passed away Jan. 8, 2010 in Porters Hospital in Denver. She was born Sept. 23, 1931 to Otto Lewis and Vera Josephine (Roland) Pfeiff. She was married to Woodson Adair on June 19, 1953. They had one daughter, Karen Kline of St. Catherines, Ontario Canada. The family had lived in Sedalia, Colorado for many years.
Mrs. Adair is preceded in death by her husband on Feb. 23, 2008.
She is survived by her daughter, two sisters, Emma (Walter) Wilson and Helen Adair. Two brothers, Otto Pfeiff and Bob (Wilma) Pfeiff. Services were held Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Griffy Family Funeral Home in Ordway with Reverend Bruce Aalborg, pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in LIttleton, officiating. Casket bearers were Alan Wilson, Roy Adair, Floyd Adair, Bill Adair, Jerry Adair and Richard Wittman. Music will be In the Garden and Amazing Grace. Interment will follow the services and she will be buried beside her husband in Valley View Cemetery North of Ordway.
Griffy Family Funeral Home in Ordway is in charge of arrangements.
