PRG is looking to fill the positions to increase support activities for the technical support line in the La Junta contact center.

"We have a great relationship with the city of La Junta and are committed to our current employees in growing our center and to the city by keeping jobs in the local area when we can," Deb Dufour, director of business processing outsourcing, said in a letter to partners. "We see La Junta as a good area to grow our business as we have found we can provide reasonable and competitively paid positions with great benefits for the area."

The positions will be in the tech support field for a cable company.

"As with the reshoring of manufacturing jobs, there is a push to bring contact center positions back to the United States," said La Junta Economic Development Director Ryan Stevens. "La Junta Economic Development is excited about the possibility of bringing more of these types of jobs to La Junta."
