OJC Dance has put a modern day twist on the whole Nutcracker story this year. Set in present day, Clara is having a sleepover with her friends when her eccentric Great Aunt Drosselmeyer comes to wish them holiday cheer. Girls being girls, they are not easily distracted from their phones, but Great Aunt Drosselmeyer manages to finally do it!

The production will still have all your "Nutcracker" favorites like the Sugar Plum Fairy, the Snow Queen, and a Rat Queen and Nutcracker fight. New costumes and a modern feel make this show truly unique!

Come see the new, original choreography to all your favorites like the Spanish Chocolate, Russian Candy Canes and Waltz of the Flowers. You won't want to miss the always entertaining Mother Ginger! You might just see some mice too ... although they will be extremely cute and oh so adorable! You've seen "The Nutcracker" before, but you've never seen it like this!

Join us this weekend, Saturday, Dec. 5, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 6, at 3 p.m. Tickets are just $5 at the door, general seating. Doors open 30 minutes before show time.
