The Tour of Honor selected the All Veterans Memorial in Olney Spring as one of the sites in Colorado for the 2016 Tour of Honor.

Riders from across the Unites States and Canada visit this memorial and others across the nation. The tour started in April and will finish up in October. Tour of Honor riders can be recognized by the yellow Tour of Honor flag they carry.

The Tour of Honor is the vision of brothers Steve and Dave Brooks who created the ride in 2011. The Tour of Honor has grown from eight states in 2011, to all 50. Riders say that the Tour of Honor has a profound and lasting effect of them. Many of the riders are veterans. Proceeds from the ride benefit three charities: The Fisher House Foundation, Operation Comfort Warriors, and Police and Fire: The Fallen Heros. The Tour of Honor is sanctioned by the American Motorcycle Association and the Iron Butt Association.
