Lecial Loyette Diven, 88, passed away on January 7, 2019. She was  preceded in death by her loving husband, James, who passed away September 6, 2009. They were married 52 years.

Lecial is survived by a daughter, Jill Garrett (Diven); and grandchildren, Maxwell and Hope Garrett, of Westlake Village, California; brother, Michael Horne (Eva) of Mascotte, Florida; sister-in-law, Joy Diven; niece, Linda Jensen (Richard) of Fowler; nephew, Stacy Diven (Lisa) of Taos, New Mexico; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to family, Lecial had many loving friends, including Shirley and Bob Fischer, Shari Elson, Margaret Burrell (Dennis), Midge Bolibaugh, Betty Baker of Pueblo and Toni Sharp of Fowler.

There will be no private viewing or visitation. Her request for cremation has been honored. On Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Fowler Cemetery, Lecial will be resting next to her beloved husband. Family and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the charity of your choice or the Maximum Hope Foundation.
