The Colorado High School Activities Association announced its All-State track and field teams Thursday on the CHSAANow.com website.

Two were on the Class 2A All-State boys' team in Rocky Ford's David Trujillo and Fowler's Orin Carnes.

Carnes, a junior, won the 110-meter hurdles state championship in 15.79 seconds.

Trujillo, a senior, was named to the first team as he won the state championship in the 100-meter dash in 11.19 seconds.

The remaining four athletes were on the Class 1A girls' All-State team as McClave's 4x800-meter relay team was the state champions in 10:51.46. The team conisted of freshman Maggie Chase, senior Shaina Enciso, sophomore Gentry Martin and junior Katie Roesch.

McClave's 4x800 victory was inadvertantly omitted from last week's state track coverage.
