The New England Patriots (2-4) take on the AFC East leading Buffalo Bills (5-2) in Week 8 on Sunday. The division rivals kick off at 1 p.m. ET at Bills Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y. Below, we take a look at the early betting odds and lines at BetMGM Sportsbook.

The Patriots are coming off their third consecutive loss and the second-worst of coach Bill Belichick's storied tenure with the team. They were defeated 33-6 by the San Francisco 49ers in Foxborough, Mass. Patriots QB Cam Newton threw three interceptions and the 49ers held New England to only 241 total yards.

The Bills snapped their two-game losing streak with an unimpressive 18-10 win over the New York Jets on Sunday. QB Josh Allen threw for over 300 yards, but the Bills did not score a touchdown. Kicker Tyler Bass made six field goals in the win.
